Extremely Disappointed with Care and Service at Rejuvenate UWhile my initial experience at Rejuvenate U was positive, it quickly deteriorated. The responsiveness that I appreciated at first turned into long delays and a lack of follow-up. After a few months, it felt like I was just another number rather than a valued patient.When I decided to seek care at a new clinic that offered more affordable services, I encountered major issues retrieving my medical records. I contacted my physician but was redirected to the front desk. The representative apologized for my previous experience and promised to send my documents, but they never arrived.After two weeks of waiting, I followed up and was told that some of my records were no longer on file, which was shocking and unacceptable. The idea that medical records could just disappear is incredibly unprofessional. The front desk hesitated to assist further, and my attempts to reach out again resulted in unanswered voicemails.It’s clear that Rejuvenate U prioritizes profits over patient care. I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to look elsewhere. There are many clinics that offer the same services at a fraction of the cost and with far better customer service. Be prepared for frustration if you choose to go here, especially regarding your medical documents..

You're missing out if you don't give HRT a chance. The staff and services will literally change your life. The old idea of "we age and there's nothing you can do about it" is dead. HRT has changed my life. The intake process was smooth and easy. The staff are very knowledgeable, sensitive, empathetic, and helpful (especially Taylor). Getting a full blood panel will really tell you what is going on with your body and the staff knows exactly how to take care of you. The results are life changing, I feel better every single day, I have more energy, my mood has improved, and I'm sleeping better at night. What more could a person ask for.
As a coach I was looking for a place to help my students and myself with our hormone health. There were so many places I looked into that did not possess the knowledge or qualifications. Great customer service! I got an appointment and everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. Love that you can text them if you have a question or concern. First prescription takes a bit to get but after that everything moves very quickly. It's taken me years to find someone who understands and knows how to treat hormone issues. Excited to see how I feel and how things progress moving forward!

They have assisted step by step — with getting my patient portal set up, where to get my blood work done, follow up emails/reminders, and a comprehensive overview of my lab results plus the treatment plan.Thank you to this team for making this a smooth process for me when it could have instead been overwhelming.
